In light of the painful terrorist attack that targeted the Copts in Egypt on Palm Sunday and in solidarity with the families of the martyrs and the victims of the bombing of Saint George Church in Tanta and Saint Mark Cathedral in Alexandria, we will limit the celebration of the Feast of the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ to celebrating the Divine Liturgy on Saturday night on April 15th. Furthermore, Fr. Michael Ibrahim, the church board and the congregation decided to cancel the Annual Easter Festival that was scheduled to be celebrated on Sunday, April 16, in solidarity with our Coptic Church in Egypt.

نظرا للحادث الأليم الذي اصاب أقباط مصر يوم أحد الشعانين، ومشاركة مع المتألمين من أسر الشهداء والمصابين بكنيستى مار جرجس بطنطا و المرقسية بالاسكندرية فسوف نكتفي بصلوات القداس الإلهي لعيد القيامة ليلة السبت الموافق ١٥ ابريل الاحتفال الطقسي، فى الكنيسة. كما قرر ابونا ميخائيل ولجنة وشعب الكنيسة إلغاء المهرجان السنوي للعيد بالكنيسة يوم الأحد الموافق ١٦ ابريل تضامنا مع احبائنا فى مصر.
